 Everyone is different. Some would like an Wedding Planner from the very start. Others have been able to manage the planning process themselves, but would like a professional to manage the details on their special day.

We offer several wedding event plans to suit your needs. All of Southern Charm's wedding event plans include unlimited communication through phone and/or email as well as complimentary vendor referrals. We discuss pricing at our initial meeting. Pricing depends on locale, event, and guest size. Once we determine your vision and expectations we will be able to give you a quote.

We even go one step further by letting you mix and match items from our different plans this is known as "A La Carte".

  • SILVER PLAN                                             $1,250.00

    You have put a lot of energy, time and money into planning your extraordinary day.   This plan allows our client time to sit back and let the professionals take over to reduce stress and coordinate the rest of the event.    Just think you will be a guest at your event!

    Month of Event Coordination,

    Rehearsal Day Coordination, and

    Wedding Day Coordination

    • Meet 4 weeks before event date to finalize details
    • Provide a detailed event timeline for contracted vendors and (wedding) party
    • Contact vendors to confirm arrangements and finalize payments
    • Distribute final payments to vendors
    • Style, Décor and Location Ideas
    • Lay-Out and Set Up assistance
    • Arrive at the event site 1-2 hours prior to ensure organization
    • Coordinate and Orchestrate event rehearsal and event day
    • Take care of any last minute details
    • Direct seating of guests along with ushers and que musicians if necessary
    • Provide event day emergency kit
    • Provide information and advice on traditions and etiquette
    • Keep client and participants stress free
    • Vendor management during event to keep client’s ideas present & activities on time

    You may have a vision for your wedding; however with us you will be able to articulate it to a professional that will get it accomplished. This plan allows you to step out on the right foot. It includes design consultation and coordination, event visions, budgeting, checklists, and including a wedding webpage!

  • DAY OF EVENT MANAGEMENT                 $750.00

     

    This is the best present you can give yourself and your mother. You have spent a lot of time and money getting the perfect venue and vendors for your big day. All your guests have been invited and you are ready to walk down the isle. Don’t spend the day letting yourself or your mother be stressed out.

    This is the one necessity many brides overlook.

    They do not realize the detailing and organizing that needs to be done on the day of the event. Who is going to make sure the cake is delivered when it is supposed to be? Who is going to make sure the flowers are delivered and placed where they need to be? Who is going to make sure all the tables have their centerpieces exactly the way you pictured? Who is going to make sure everything gets cleaned up and deliveries picked up? Even if you are working with an event coordinator at a venue, their job is to make sure the event flows smoothly for the venue. They are not there to make sure all your dreams are brought to life. Let a professional handle the stress and details for the day and let you and your family enjoy your day.

    • Coordinate and Orchestrate event rehearsal and event day
    • Take care of any last minute details
    • Direct seating of guests along with ushers and que musicians if necessary
