They do not realize the detailing and organizing that needs to be done on the day of the event. Who is going to make sure the cake is delivered when it is supposed to be? Who is going to make sure the flowers are delivered and placed where they need to be? Who is going to make sure all the tables have their centerpieces exactly the way you pictured? Who is going to make sure everything gets cleaned up and deliveries picked up? Even if you are working with an event coordinator at a venue, their job is to make sure the event flows smoothly for the venue. They are not there to make sure all your dreams are brought to life. Everyone is different. Some would like a Wedding Planner from the very start. Others have been able to manage the planning process themselves, but would like a professional to manage the details on their special day.
We offer a basic wedding package that can be customized to each Bride’s needs. We always include unlimited communication through phone and/or email as well as complimentary vendor referrals. We discuss pricing at our initial meeting. Pricing depends on locale, event, and guest size. Once we determine your vision and expectations we will be able to give you a quote.
We even go one step further by letting you mix and match additional items from our different plans this is known as “A La Carte”.
Our company believes that every Bride should be able to afford a wedding planner. Therefore, we have tried to make our packages as affordable as possible, but have also gone one step further and only require a 25% retainer and monthly payments. This hopefully will allow you an easier option for payment. Most of the time, we can save you more money than it costs to hire us!
