Event Coordinator 

     Southern Charm Event Planning was created by its owner and master coordinator, Tanya Hendricks.  After planning numerous events over the years for family and friends, including a wedding for 200 people as well as a class reunion for over 400 people, Tanya realized that she really loved pulling these events together. Over the years the events grew and it wasn't long before friends and family were saying, "You really ought to do this for a living."  Eventually the love affair with event planning took over and Southern Charm was born. 

    Tanya has been an event planner in many throughout many aspects of her life. As an Administrator for over twenty years, she knows how important every detail is in planning an event.  As an interior designer for over ten years, she realizes the importance of eye appeal and putting that special finishing touch to an event.

    Tanya has coordinated simple intimate dinner parties to banquets and luncheons. She has coordinated and planned weddings by directing and even officiating at them. She has planned annual company picnics, company dinners and employee/ volunteer recognition dinners. She has planned birthday parties, anniversary parties, corporate parties and reunions.  With her unique outlook and southern charm, each event she has coordinated has been a huge success. 

    Tanya is the epitome of southern charm.

Kenny Hendricks

     Have you ever met someone that can just go ninety miles an hour?  Well, if have not, then you need to meet Kenny.  Kenny is truly the worker bee of this team.  He is the muscle behind all the beautiful gazebos and decorations.  We like to call Kenny the "Zip Tie King" because he always has a pocket full of zip ties and believes they will hold anything together.  Kenny and his crew can set up and break down any event in record time.

 Kim Butler

Event Coordinator 

    Kim, more affectionately known as Kimmie, brings with her a plethora of ideas and visions.  Her unique way of looking at a room and turning it into a masterpiece has awed even the toughest of critics. 

    Kim also has a background as an administrator for over twenty five years.  In addition, she has planned weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and family get togethers. 

    Kim's eye for detail and organization make her a great asset to this team.  Her high energy and people skills are her bonus.  Kim is another example of true southern charm.
